Exhibitor space is typically at capacity within weeks of registration opening, and we expect this year's Saskatchewan Geological Open House to be no exception.

Priority for booth spaces will be given to returning exhibitors, and new exhibitors will be placed on a waiting list. Returning exhibitors from the 2025 Saskatchewan Geological Open House must register by September 21^st, 2026 in order to be guaranteed a booth at this year’s event. Any exhibitor missing the returning exhibitor deadline will lose priority status. After September 21^st, remaining booth spaces will be offered to those companies on the waiting list on a first-registered basis.

Please note: Double-booth registrations are not being accepted at this time. If you would like to request a double booth, please send an email to exhibitors@sgoh.ca. Your request will be evaluated following the September 21^st returning exhibitor deadline.

 
BOOTH RENTAL PACKAGE $1500.00 + $75.00 GST (5%) + $90.00 PST (6%) = $1665.00

• Rental period is two and a half days (November 23 to 25).
• Standard booth size 10’ wide by 8’ deep, draped by a curtained background and side rails.
• Booth registration includes one (1) 8’ skirted table, two (2) chairs, a power outlet and lighting. A poster board is available upon request.
  
• Wi-Fi is provided by TCU Place free of charge.
  
• Special booth requirements (extra chairs, lights, etc.) can be arranged by emailing exhibitors@sgoh.ca. If additional power connections are needed, there will be additional charges. Please contact us directly in these cases, we will do our best to accommodate these requests.
  
• Exhibitor registration includes two (2) delegate registration passes, which grant admission to the
  • Icebreaker (Monday evening);
  • Technical sessions (Tuesday morning/afternoon, Wednesday morning/afternoon); and
  • Commercial exhibits and poster displays (Monday evening, Tuesday morning/afternoon, Wednesday morning).
• In addition to the above, exhibitor registration also includes two (2) tickets for an exhibitor-only provided lunch (Tuesday, November 24).

The Saskatchewan Geological Open House Committee reserves the right to allocate booth locations as they see fit.

Exhibitor booth cancellations received prior to October 19, 2026 will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this date will not be refunded.

Exhibitor's Agreement

• The Exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of Exhibitor’s activities on the TCU Place (the Venue) premises and will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Saskatchewan Geological Open House, Saskatchewan Geological Open House Committee, the Venue, its owner, and its management company, as well as their respective agents, servants, and employees from any and all losses, damages, and claims whatsoever except to the extent that the loss has been caused by the party to be indemnified.
  
• Every Exhibitor MUST secure its own insurance coverage for personal liability and for Exhibitor equipment that can be damaged, or cause injury or damage, during the show period.
  
• Exhibitors MUST carry property and liability insurance for a minimum of $1,000,000 coverage.
• Insurance must include coverage of exhibit materials against damage and loss, as well as public liability against injury to persons and property of others.
• Do not submit proof of insurance to the Saskatchewan Geological Open House prior to the show. During the show, Exhibitors must be able to show proof of coverage, upon request by the Saskatchewan Geological Open House Committee or the Venue.
