Exhibitor space is typically at capacity within weeks of us accepting reservations and we expect this year's Saskatchewan Geological Open House to be no exception.
Priority will be given to past exhibitors for booth spaces, and new exhibitors will be placed on a waiting list. Returning exhibitors from the 2024 Saskatchewan Geological Open House must confirm their space by October 6th, 2025. Any exhibitor missing the deadline may lose priority status.
Following the passing of the deadline, remaining booth spaces will be offered to those companies on the waiting list on a first-registered basis.
Please note: Double booth registrations are not being accepted at this time. If you would like to request a double booth, please send an email to OpenHouseER@gov.sk.ca. Your request will be evaluated following the October 6th returning exhibitor deadline.
