Come and show off your rocks and core in our Prospector's Den.
Guidelines for Prospector's Den
Priority will be assigned on a first-reserved basis (space is limited).
No pull up or in-stand displays. Maximum 3 boxes of core.
Only maps and illustrations that highlight property are allowed.
All material is to remain in the room. No distribution of flyers, magazines or other promotional materials outside of the Prospector's Den will be tolerated.
All informational/directional signage related to the Prospector's Den will be provided by the Open House Committee.
The Committee reserves the right to make changes as they see fit.
Poster board, table, lights and 2 chairs will be provided. Participants must adhere to the exhibitor instructions posted here.
Location will be the Carlton Room, Convention Floor of the Delta Bessborough Hotel.
